Terms of service
01The service
DiscoverLaunches is a product directory and launch platform for software makers. You may list products you own or are authorised to represent. We may remove any listing that violates these terms.
02Accounts
One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for vote manipulation, spam, or abuse.
03Listings
You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a worldwide licence to display, index, summarise and syndicate it (including in machine-readable formats such as llms.txt and markdown twins). Listings must be accurate. Automated review may reject spam, adult, scam, parked or non-product submissions.
04Backlinks
The product page 'Visit' link is dofollow on paid tiers, and on free listings only while our badge (or a link to the product page) is present on your site, re-checked weekly. Discovery surfaces are nofollow. We may change link attributes to comply with search-engine guidelines.
05Payments
Paid features are one-time purchases processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. See the refund policy. Prices may change; purchases already made are not affected.
06Advertising
Sponsored placements are labelled. We may decline creative that violates these terms; if we do and cannot agree on alternatives, we refund in full.
07Affiliates
30% one-time commission on attributed checkouts within a 30-day cookie. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing and brand bidding are prohibited; refunds void commissions.
08Acceptable use
No scraping of HTML at scale (use llms.txt, the API or markdown twins), no bots for votes or comments, no impersonation, no malware, no illegal content.
09Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost rankings, or third-party directory decisions.
10Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after the 'updated' date above constitutes acceptance.
